Indigenous-Informed Approaches to Evaluation: Lessons, Reflections, Advice with Dr. Melissa Tremblay

On March 13th, at 10:00 a.m. MST, the DEL team, in collaboration with AMP and EC3 will be hosting our second webinar for our mini-series. We are honored to have Dr. Melissa Tremblay, an Indigenous professor from the University of Alberta, and supervisor of the DEL Team, facilitating this session. We’ll explore lessons, reflections, advice, and informed approaches towards evaluation.

Melissa Tremblay is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Alberta and a member of the Lac St Anne Métis Community Association. She is a Registered Psychologist and an Associate Professor in the School and Clinical Child Psychology program in the Faculty of Education at the University of Alberta. She also maintains a small private evaluation and research consulting practice. Her research and evaluation work traverses health and education fields, prioritizing community-led initiatives that centre the strengths and wisdom of Indigenous children, families, and communities.
