Student Success Centre
About
Student Success Centre at the Calgary Islamic School was developed to provide counselling, resources, and training services to students through the following domains; career exploration, academic development, personal aspirations, social development and spiritual development. We strive to ensure that students at the Calgary Islamic School receive timely, effective, and culturally responsive services. We do not only aim to solve problems but also to strive to empower all students we work with.
Program Description
We have developed a one to one student mentorship program which focusses on career, academic, social, and spiritual mentorship. We have been running programs and services within the school to enhance student success at the Calgary Islamic School. Our student database gives us access to over 800 children and youth and we strive to become leaders who provide results and transformation in society; one way we do this by empowering the students through mentorship and other programs.
