The Realize Your Potential Youth Program – is a comprehensive mentoring and education program for descendants of the black diaspora ages 9-24. A leading incubator offering various youth programs that are consciously designed to ensure that young black leaders have the tools to excel in the current and nascent Canadian and international labor market. Our programs are designed to address social inclusion barriers in employment, education, and the broader social context

Program Description

The NewLife Youth ReGeneration Program™ Components, Which Develop The Whole Student, Are As Follows:
Module 1. Health And Wellness - A Cultural Retooling
Personal empowerment module rooted in culture for a successful transition from adolescent-to- adulthood and shifting from “carefree and self-centeredness” to “responsibility and self-development.
Module 2 - Mentoring Module- A Fusion Of Mentoring And Transformational Coaching Encompassing
A ‘life–skills’ group/peer mentoring module consisting of “The Me I Can Be” Program and “You Can Be Me” Program

Module 3. Education. Go Further Academic Workshops
Workshops will focus on these specific topics: How to Succeed at School, Developing Healthy Relationships, and Understanding the Media’s Influences. Graduating from junior high school to high school and ready for post-secondary and career Completing post-secondary education or training and successfully entering the workforce

Module 4 Economic Empowerment- Young Moguls
These workshops will empower Youths with financial skills, essential “responsible” habits, and long-term thinking to help them achieve more self-reliance and greater independence. Preparation is key to having a successful future.
These workshops will teach the importance of good study habits, organizational skills, goal planning, and proper planning.
Young Moguls are taught essential skills, including public speaking, leadership, and concept testing, which ultimately helps them develop into leading founders
