The Neutral Hills Learning & Community Connection Centre is the hub for Neutral Hills Community Adult Learning and Consort & District FCSS. We are located in Consort, AB and serve Veteran, Consort, Altario and the surrounding Special Areas #4 region.

Program Description
Our organization provides a variety of programs for children and youth including Books for Babies, Rhyme Time, After School Program and Teen Empowerment. We hold special events such as Paint Nights, Movie Nights, and summer programming. We also provide training to youth, including the Babysitters and Stay Safe! courses.
