Program Description
The platform supports one-to-one, peer, group, reverse, and short-term mentoring, while reducing administrative workload through flexible matching, built-in communication, scheduling, video meetings, and progress tracking. MentorCity also provides reporting and feedback tools to measure impact and outcomes. The platform is fully bilingual, WCAG 2.1 AA compliant, and securely hosted on Canadian servers.
