HeartSpark sees girls ages 10-13 meet on a weekly basis using conversation and creativity to tackle topics important to them: friendship, self-love, confidence, online safety, bullying and more. We are located in Fort McMurray, AB.

Program Description
We journal about our discussions and the topics that come up as well as share our space with my own therapy dog Mrs Pudding (Mrs Pudding and I are a volunteer team with our local pet therapy organization). We usually have a Mindful Snack as an opportunity to explore eating mindfully and encouraging a healthy relationship with food. We also have optional field trips and volunteer opportunities for the HeartSpark kids.
