The Calgary Dolphins Swim Club is a competitive swim club aimed at promoting personal improvement and success in swimming for youths and young adults with Down syndrome. The Club develops the swimmer in the four swimming strokes and provides opportunities for competition at all levels, with other swimmers and clubs within Alberta.  It is believed that the Calgary Dolphins Swim Club is the first swim club in Canada to provide this level of training opportunity to support and promote healthy lifestyles, targeted at people with Down syndrome.
