About

Since 2004, the Stony Plain Youth Centre has been a safe space for youth ages 11-17 to find support, connection, and opportunities in leadership and creative expression. The Youth Centre is also a great place for youth to meet new people and have fun!

Program Description

Through the Town of Stony Plain Youth Centre, youth can access mental health supports through our partnership with Westview Primary Care Network and on site Community Connectors. Community Connectors can help with service navigation and supported referrals to the Youth Mental Health Clinic. The Town of Stony Plain also has Community Connectors that can provide additional support in areas beyond what the Primary Care Network can provide. Youth Mentors in the space lead programming and activities available to the youth in attendance, providing positive guidance and opportunities to connect. We offer a number of different programs, events, and activities throughout the year- check our website for a current list!
