Mentor Canada is a national organization dedicated to convening, supporting, and building capacity, to strengthen the field and increase quality mentoring opportunities, especially for equity-deserving youth across the country. By working alongside governments, the private sector, schools, funders, employers and community organizations at local, provincial, and national levels, Mentor Canada is building and strengthening the field to accelerate and scale world-class mentoring in Canada. 1. Virtual & Asynchronous Tools: Mentor Connector, Virtual Mentoring Platform, self-paced trainings.
2. Quality Mentoring System: A system of tools, resources, and learning opportunities that empower mentoring programs, organizations, and initiatives to advance their quality and impact.
3. Training & Capacity Building: Online training that can be completed asynchronously at your own pace from anywhere in Canada. Customized capacity building for mentorship programs.
4. Knowledge Hub: Collection of research reports and resources to support quality mentoring in Canada.
5. Power of Mentoring Events: A series of virtual and in-person networking and skill-building experiences for youth.
