About
Empowering the Next Generation Ltd., founded and led by Hava Mursal, is a multicultural-led trauma-informed nonprofit with a strong history of serving underserved youth—including Indigenous, racialized, and justice-involved populations—through culturally grounded, wraparound programming. We are the only non-profit in Alberta currently delivering outreach-life coaching combined with land-based healing to youth transitioning out of group homes, correctional systems, and high-risk environments.
Over the past two years, our entirely volunteer-run organization has served over 217 youth through these unique, community-rooted interventions.
Our organization supports youth who are struggling with mental health or/and having challenging behaviors. We do outreach coaching and land-based teaching.

Program Description
Empowering the Next Generation ltd, we provide outreach coaching opportunities for youth at risk in Alberta or youth who are or have been in social services.
Our program and services as following- Outreach Coaching, Land-Based Learning & Cree Language Revival, Peer-Led Support and Youth Leadership, and Family Engagement and Community Integration.
All our services are accessible to any youth who need our services, we meet youth where they are at and online services are available.
