A two-part learning opportunity taking place online. During this learning opportunity you will (1) learn about the purpose and steps to completing an evaluation, and (2) design and complete an evaluation of your organization’s virtual mentorship program. The learning opportunity will include online classes and personalized coaching to support you in learning about evaluation, completing an evaluation, and sharing and using your results.
Organizations offering virtual mentorship programs who want to build their capacity to complete evaluations and who want to learn about their program to improve it, expand it, report to funders, and/or build stronger relationships with stakeholders to offer programming in the future. Past evaluation experience or training helpful but not required.
Part One: Learn about Evaluation and Build Your Evaluation Framework
Learn about evaluation and make a plan for evaluating your program. Sessions run 9am-12pm on November 18, 25, December 2, 9, 2020
Part Two: Complete Your Evaluation
Implement your evaluation and share and use the results. Sessions run Tuesdays, 9am-12pm, approximately biweekly from January to March 2021. Personalized coaching available between sessions.

Bring 1 to 2 people from your organization who will lead the evaluation and an executive director, manager, and/or board member who will collaborate on the evaluation (these can be the same person).
