“I was interested in mentoring little kids because it makes me feel good. In the future I want to be a nurse and specialize in pediatrics so this seemed like a good experience. My mentee has a great sense of humour and I like to be one on one instead of working with groups of kids. I would suggest others try mentoring. I thought it would be difficult for me at the beginning but it’s really pretty easy.”
