Empowered to Achieve is a girls’ group mentoring project that helps immigrant girls (ages 9-13), including those who are Canadian citizens, gain the skills and knowledge that will enable them to make healthy decisions, develop positive relationships, and actively engage in the community. The Youth Mentorship Program is a girls one-on-one mentoring program which enhances intercultural understanding and provides youth (ages 12-29) with opportunities for personal growth and community involvement through one-on-one mentorship and interactive group sessions.
